An interesting excursion is to the Monte Corno Natural Park visitors' centre, which is housed in the buildings of an old electric mill. You can observe the typical limestone and porphyry vegetation outside the Visitors' Centre. Nearby you will find an amphibians' pond, a small cornfield and an herb garden. Inside there is plenty of information about the natural environment, cultivation landscape as well about the cultural history of the region, and the most varied of hiking facilities.
