The cosy
studios (from 25 m² to 35 m²) with own balcony consist of a living/ sleeping-room, kitchen area, shower and WC, hair-dryer, and are also equipped with SAT-TV, refrigerator and safe. Furthermore, they contain dishes, coffee machine, bed-sheets and towels.
Vacation for families in the apartment
The spacious
apartments (from 40 to 95 m²) with balcony are furnished with a kitchen area or proper kitchen, a living-room and a separate sleeping-room. Shower and WC, hair-dryer , SAT-TV, refrigerator and safe, table-ware, coffee machine, bed-sheets and towels are at your disposal.
Accomodation in the romantic suite
Our recently finished
suites (from 42 to 60 m²) with their own balcony include a living-room, a separate sleeping-room, and a bathroom with shower and WC. They are all equipped with hair-dryer, SAT-TV, refrigerator, safe, bed-sheets and towels.

sunny terrace with a unique panoramic view over the whole area of Überetsch are at your disposal at any time for social gatherings with family and friends. The spacious lawn and terraces next to the swimming-pool area invite you to relax in a quiet and private atmosphere.
